I went and signed the lease for my new apartment. It’s a done deal. Those realtors really try to nail you with the money down front. Jesus. Effectively, we had to put down three months worth of rent up front, and a four bedroom apartment is not cheap.

I watched Friends, but the stupid TiVo didn’t record the first one. And since the Friedman didn’t pay his phone bill, the TiVo will run out of programming probably after tomorrow. It is a sad, sad day.
