The Novell benefits plan rules. I signed up for the legal insurance stuff and it’s come in quite handy in dealing with AT&T Wireless. I called this morning and they gave me some pointers and advised me on the next step. So I sent them a 30-day demand letter today, in triplicate, by certified mail. You fucked with the wrong guy!
On the flip side, I’ve been unable to get into the network all day, so I haven’t read any mail and am unable to check out code, download packages, etc. Considering we’re supposed to be a networking company, the network infrastructure into and out of the office is surprisingly unreliable. (It’s situational irony, people)
