Oh my god, I can’t believe I’m about to watch a plane make an emergency landing live on TV.
Actually, did I see UA flight 232 live on TV? I think I did. If I remember correctly I was flying the next day.
I was in an emergency landing once. Exciting stuff seeing fire trucks and ambulances all along the runway! I wonder if this pilot is keeping the passengers better informed than they did for us. That airline is no longer in business, by the way.
Update: Yay. A perfect landing, everyone aboard is safe.
